• During your studies, you will rotate between the hotels of the group to get to know different hotel concepts
• You will work in areas such as reception, guest services, reservations, and event and hotel management
• You will assist in the planning and organization of events, group tours, and tourist offers
• You will gain insights into business processes such as marketing, sales, revenue management, and quality management
• You will contribute your own ideas to continuously develop service processes and the guest experience

• Start your studies at IU with a (technical) university entrance qualification, a qualified vocational qualification, or as a state-certified technician/business administrator
• You can demonstrate German language skills according to language level B2 and good English skills
• You are enthusiastic about the tourism and hotel industry and enjoy interacting with guests
• You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy working in a team
