As part of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our customers in this process. Your tasks will include: • Providing information on old-age provision and pension planning, • Supporting customers in the application process for old-age benefits, • Processing applications and making decisions on old-age benefits, • Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented approach. Requirements: • Completed studies in social law or a related field (e.g., law, economics, sociology), • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Familiarity with the Bavarian Pension Fund's regulations and procedures.
