Dual Study Program Marketing (m/f/d)

Do you want to not only learn marketing theoretically but also actively shape it from the very beginning? With us, you have the opportunity to help build a growing marketing department and gain valuable insights into sales at the same time.

Our marketing department is currently under construction – together with a dual student, you will develop structures, implement your own ideas, and shape our external presence.

Responsibilities

• Shaping and further developing our marketing department
• Support in building marketing processes and structures
• Involvement in our website (content, maintenance, optimization)
• Planning and execution of social media activities
• Content creation (text, image, possibly video)
• Support in sales, e.g., in customer acquisition and approach
• Research and analysis of target groups and markets
• Evaluation of marketing and sales measures

Qualifications

• (Subject-specific) Abitur or equivalent qualification
• Interest in marketing, communication, and economic contexts
• Openness to sales tasks and customer contact
• Initiative and desire to take on responsibility
• Creativity and structured way of working
• Teamwork skills and motivation to learn new things
