In the dual study program, you combine practical work in the company with lectures twice a week on campus. Interactive learning materials will support you in deepening your knowledge in a targeted manner.
We, the Protestant Lutheran Daycare Center St. Andreas, belong to the Evangelical Lutheran Propsteiverband Braunschweiger Land – the second largest provider of daycare facilities in Braunschweig. In a total of 29 daycare centers, we care for children aged 0 to 6 years with love and individuality. We are diverse in terms of group size, concept, location, and team size. What unites us is a common Christian guiding principle, which forms the basis of our pedagogical work.

- You do not have to pay tuition fees – we at the Protestant Lutheran Daycare Center St. Andreas will cover them for you!
- A monthly salary of €475 to €650 gross awaits you

Profile
- You will get to know the everyday life of the daycare center and support the team of pedagogical specialists – over time, you will take on more and more tasks and responsibilities
- You will contribute to the team of pedagogical specialists
- You will be active in the daily life of the daycare center, independently take on educational situations, and reflect on your actions
- You will accompany children in the daycare center's daily life with empathy and on an equal footing
- You will gain an understanding of the framework conditions and cooperation with the sponsoring body
