What awaits you

You will be involved in analyzing, developing, and implementing content related to finance and investment topics, while also supporting our customers and community and having the opportunity to implement your own ideas independently.

• Market analysis & Research: You monitor markets, analyze securities, and develop solid investment ideas that support our trading team and customers actively.
• Customer support & Community-Support: You are the direct point of contact for our customers and investor community – for questions, problems, or stock market transactions.
• Campaigns & Customer binding: You plan and accompany measures to bind customers, ensure satisfaction, and encourage referrals – with a focus on long-term relationships.
• Content creation & Knowledge transfer: You develop understandable content like explanatory videos and guides to convey financial topics in a simple and practical way.
• Strategies & Further development: You think with us, bring your own ideas, and actively help improve our trading system and new investment strategies.

Qualification

What you should bring

You have a high performance readiness, thirst for knowledge about financial topics, and want to develop yourself personally into an expert in the finance sector.

• Experience: You have 6 months to 1 year of practical experience in customer support, ideally through internships or similar activities
• Passion: You are passionate about exactly this job! You have a strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup responsibility: You have taken on responsibility for your area of expertise, even if it was outside your comfort zone. You have tackled things without hesitation, were result-oriented, and quickly implemented.
• Personal growth: You learn and develop yourself eagerly, whether in your job, the sector you work in, or privately! You seek proactive feedback. While keeping the team's success in mind.
