At dsp Agrosoft GmbH, we have been developing software for agricultural businesses for over 30 years. No theoretical games, no unnecessary frills – but solutions that stand the test of time both on farms and in offices. Our systems support companies in simplifying their work, making it more transparent and efficient. We are particularly leading providers in the cattle sector with our herd management.

To ensure this remains the case, we have been relying on young talent from practice for many years. Together with the Dual University of Saxony, we train dual students in the field of information technology – with success: four graduates from this program are now a permanent fixture in our team.

We're now looking for you – someone who wants to understand technology and wants to know what they're building it for.

Aufgaben

You won't be sitting on the sidelines, watching. You'll be part of the team from day one and working on real projects – software that's used daily by farmers.

You'll learn:

• how functional software is developed from requirements in practice
• why clean structures, understandable code, and reliable systems are crucial
• how important it is to develop technology so that people enjoy working with it

In short: You'll learn information technology where it's needed.

Your tasks in the practice-based company

• Participation in the further development of our software solutions
• Support in analysis, development, and testing
• Glimpses into databases, interfaces, and system logic
• Collaboration with experienced developers in a small, well-established team
• Gradual takeover of your own tasks and areas of responsibility

• General or subject-specific higher education entrance qualification
• Interest in information technology, software, and logical thinking
• A desire to understand things – not just memorize them
