We are a modern financial and insurance company specializing in advising engineers and teachers – including real estate financing and investment advice.
Together with our partner universities FOM, Victoria HS, IBA, and HWR, we offer you the perfect mix of study and practical experience in real estate management.
Tasks
• Support in property valuation & market analysis
• Involvement in financing & investment processes
• Participation in real estate brokerage & customer advisory
• Analysis and optimization of digital sales strategies in the real estate sector
• Support with contract preparations & administrative procedures
Qualification
• Higher education entrance qualification (Abitur or Fachabitur)
• Interest in real estate, finance & sales
• Strong communication skills & analytical thinking
• Independent and structured way of working
• Confident use of digital tools & MS Office
• Previous experience in the real estate or finance sector is an advantage
