• You actively participate in innovation and optimization projects
• You support the recording, analysis, modeling, and optimization of logistics processes as well as processes in administrative areas
• You model, document, and standardize business processes using established methods such as OPD, EPK, or BPMN
• You work in cross-departmental task forces and support operational areas in day-to-day business as needed

• Start your studies at IU with a (subject-specific) Abitur, a qualified vocational qualification, or as a state-certified technician/business administrator
• You can prove German language skills at CEFR level B2
• You are interested in logistics, business administration, and process management
• You impress with analytical and strategic thinking skills
• You communicate confidently, enjoy working in a team, and contribute actively
• You are willing to travel and enjoy getting involved with a strong hands-on mentality
