Do you want to perfectly combine theory and practice? In the dual study program, you will alternate every three months between lectures at the DHBW Stuttgart and exciting practical assignments at our Grevenbroich location. You will take on responsible tasks, work on real projects, and be supported and mentored by an experienced team.

Tasks
Become part of the portfolio management team in Grevenbroich and, together with our portfolio managers, conduct competitor observations, location analyses, and negotiations to prepare for store openings. This will not only foster your personal development but also make a significant contribution to the advancement of your area and the company's success.
Specifically, this means:
- Learning business administration and legal topics (e.g., construction law and contract law) as well as specialized knowledge in marketing, valuation, and investment of real estate
- Participation in projects such as the development of a location concept and the associated location analysis and profitability calculation
- Rotation through the four teams within the portfolio management department, as well as insights into facility management, construction, and sales
- Preparation of company-relevant topics within the scope of scientific papers, e.g., approaches to increasing efficiency in the existing portfolio
Profile
- You have your (technical) Abitur with good grades – particularly in mathematics and German, and possibly in economics
- You are interested in the real estate sector and the legal and construction technical aspects of a property
- You are motivated, enthusiastic, goal-oriented, and reliable
- You have strong communication skills, are persuasive, independent, and responsible
