Start a Dual Study Program in Business Administration (B.A.) including the apprenticeship as an employee in wholesale and foreign trade management with sensor technology, specialization in foreign trade (m/f/d) with us on 01.08.2027.

Since 1792, we, the owner-managed company Joh. Gottfr. Schütte & Co. KG, have been successfully active as an importer, processor, and supplier in international trade. Our trading areas include honey, tea, herbs, spices, and raw plant materials.

In order to continue to be successful in the future, we are continuously looking for new talents.

• Your start of professional life with us begins on 01.08.2027 / Start of studies: approx. 01.10.2027
• The alternation between theory and practice is on a 3-month cycle
• The Studies: You will attend the 7-semester dual study program Business Administration B.A. (Bachelor of Arts) at the Hochschule Bremen (HSB).

• Your Apprenticeship: You will also complete an apprenticeship as a Kaufmann-/frau im Groß- und Außenhandelsmanagement mit Sensorik, Fachrichtung Außenhandel (m/f/d) (Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management with Sensor Technology, Foreign Trade Specialization).

Our students/apprentices are trained in all divisions of our company group, thereby acquiring broad product and market knowledge.

Your Tasks:

• Processing customer orders and complaints
• Customer acquisition
• Conducting quotation comparisons
• Product costing
• Market analysis
• Preparing and sending sample shipments
• Customs clearance/processing of logistical import procedures
• Tasks in quality assurance
• And you will gain insight into financial accounting and marketing

• You can provide proof of a general university entrance qualification (general or subject-restricted) with a good overall grade average, especially in German, English, and Mathematics
• You have a strong interest in economic issues
• A high degree of self-motivation and willingness to learn
• Your confident demeanor is paired with enjoyment of teamwork
• Good MS Office skills and good time management are advantageous
• Car driving license desirable

• In every department, you will have a contact person, and of course, your trainer will always support you
• We accompany your development with regular feedback discussions
• Every month, there is an apprentice meeting for joint exchange
• We pay your semester fees (including semester ticket for public transport)
