• During your theoretical phases at IBS in Oldenburg, you will acquire the information technology and business administration knowledge that you can further develop and apply in your daily work with us.
• During your practical phases, you will work in software development and, among other things, be involved in new developments of smart home products that can also be controlled via app.
• In daily business, you will get to know the interface between the commercial areas and our IT, whereby, in addition to coding and testing, you will also learn about the influence of customer wishes and cost aspects on our company.
• The focus will be on accompanying you through the (agile) project management of smaller developments from the idea to conception and resource planning up to programming, and supporting the team.

• With your Abitur (high school diploma) and ideally completed internships, through which you have already been able to get to know the profession, you are ready for the next step.
• You want to better understand economic contexts, challenging software projects appeal to you, and you ideally already have initial IT knowledge that you want to further develop.
• You can work on tasks independently and persistently, but you also enjoy working in a team and seek exchange and challenge.
• Good English skills to keep a cool head when communicating in international projects.
