In the regions: Marktoberdorf, Memmingerberg · Start: 09/01/2027 · Duration: 3 years

• Combining theory and practice: You will work in the team at the Point of Sale in branches of Volks- und Raiffeisenbanks and study at the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University in Mannheim.
• Understanding insurance: You will get to know our insurance and financial products and experience what consulting with real customers looks like.
• Working in a team: You will prepare and follow up on consultation meetings, create offers, and support the team in closing deals.

• General higher education entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife or Abitur) with a good math grade – a completed apprenticeship is also a good prerequisite
• Curiosity and enjoyment of consulting and economic topics
• Motivation to learn new things
• Driving license by the start of the apprenticeship

• Fixed training allowance €1,532 per month in the first, €1,620 in the second, and €1,748 in the third year of training – plus holiday and Christmas bonus equivalent to two monthly salaries
