• You will learn the skills of a business administrator with a focus on sales and gradually grow into sales-relevant tasks, processes, and analyses.
• You will combine theory & practice in a dual alternating model over 3 years (theory at DHBW Heilbronn, practical phases within your sales cluster at the DPD location).
• You will participate in sales projects and independently take on tasks in daily operational business.
• You will support the analysis and improvement of business processes as well as the creation of reports and decision proposals.
• You will apply your theoretical knowledge from sales management, customer management, market analysis, sales controlling, and negotiation techniques directly in practice.
• You will work on case studies and project work to deepen your business administration knowledge.
• You will work closely with a mentor and build a professional network through company events, trade fairs, and networking meetings.

• General university entrance qualification (Allgemeine Hochschulreife) or university of applied sciences entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) with good to very good grades.
• Good knowledge and grades in Mathematics, German, English, and Economics.
• Previous professional experience (e.g., through internships or student assistant roles) in Business Administration/Sales is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and a confident, customer-oriented demeanor.
• Analytical thinking skills for evaluating market, customer, and company data as well as for deriving suitable measures.
• Persuasiveness and enjoyment in clearly presenting ideas and solutions.
• High initiative, teamwork skills, and organizational talent for structured planning and prioritization of tasks.

• Dual study program with theory phases at DHBW Heilbronn in the Bachelor Business Administration - Service Management Consulting & Sales program.
• Practical phases with insights into various departments within your Sales area.
• Above-tariff study remuneration (€1,400 in the 1st year, €1,550 in the 2nd year, €1,700 in the 3rd year).
