• Alternation between theoretical phases at the Glauchau University of Cooperative Education and practical phases at STRABAG Umwelttechnik GmbH in Dresden within six semesters
• Vocational training in practical phases in areas such as procurement, finance and accounting, controlling, commercial project execution, contract law, and marketing/communication
• You will learn how procurement, project billing, controlling, and contract management contribute to the success of complex projects.
• Active support for ongoing national and international plant construction projects
• Independent processing of exciting project tasks
• Getting to know the modern corporate processes of an internationally successful group

• General university entrance qualification (Abitur) with good grades in mathematics, German, English, and ideally economics
• Interest in economic and project-related questions and contexts
• Analytical thinking skills as well as the ability for self-organization and independent work
• Initiative, sense of responsibility, and willingness to learn
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, and flexibility
• Confident use of MS Office
