Your role

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Video Editor / Postproduction Specialist (m/w/d) at the Frankfurt am Main location.

You will be responsible for creating high-quality, clearly structured, and performance-oriented content from raw material for social media, podcast formats, and performance campaigns.

You will work closely with our internal team and have direct influence on the external impact of NXTGEN Athlete.

Tasks

Your daily tasks as a Cutter/-in:

• Sight, selection, and editing of video material for different content formats (image films, reels, ads etc.)
• Color correction and color grading (e.g. S-Log footage, look adjustment, LUTs)
• Designing captivating intros, transitions, and outro elements
• Sound design and fine editing including music, voiceover, and effects
• Collaboration with producers, camera team, and creatives for strong visual concepts
• Preliminary preparation of videos for different platforms (e.g. Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn)

Qualification

• You have already gained extensive knowledge in job-specific software (Premiere Pro & After Effects, DaVinci, Final Cut Pro) - prior experience in video editing (e.g. through projects, internships, freelance work)
• You are creative, team-oriented, and have a sense of detail
• You have a clean and error-free expression in German
• You work independently, organize & finalize your own projects timely

2nd year 1080€ Brutto

3rd year 1200€ Brutto
