The IST Study Institute

The training program provides you with comprehensive knowledge through the included diplomas Sport- und Gesundheitstrainer:in and Sport- und Fitnessbetriebswirt:in, as well as numerous trainer licenses for your career in the fitness industry.

New sport and fitness managers receive extensive knowledge in:

• Sport practice: You start training on the training floor from the beginning of the first training year. The licenses and certificates from the Fitnessstrainer:in B-Lizenz to the A-Lizenz Personal-Training open up a broad spectrum of training practices and movement theory.
• Nutrition: You learn which nutritional approach is suitable for different target groups. You will gain deep insights into the prerequisites for people in the areas of breadth, performance, and health sports.
• Management: From sales and service management to business economics, personnel management, financing, and accounting, you receive a broad foundation for essential tasks in the administrative area of fitness companies.

In addition, you have the opportunity to complete wish licenses that you can freely choose. You can choose between: Functional Trainer:in, EMS-Trainer:in, Fascia Training, Endurance Training, Team ICG Basic/Pro Level Instructor, HOT IRON Instructor, Bodybuilding, Athletics Training, Group Fitness Trainer:in Toning & Functional Trainer:in.
