The IST Study Institute

The training provides you with comprehensive knowledge through the included diplomas Sport- und Gesundheitstrainer:in and Sport- und Fitnessbetriebswirt:in, as well as numerous trainer licenses for your career in the fitness industry.

New sport and fitness managers receive extensive knowledge in:

• Sport practice: You start on the training floor right from the beginning of the first training year. The licenses and certificates from Fitnesstrainer:in B-Lizenz to A-Lizenz Personal-Training open up a broad spectrum of training practices and movement theory.
• Nutrition: You learn which nutritional approach is suitable for different target groups. You will gain deep insights into the prerequisites for people in the areas of breadth, performance, and health sports.
• Management: From sales and service management to business economics, personnel management, finance, and accounting, you receive a broad foundation for essential tasks in the administrative area of fitness companies.

In addition, you have the opportunity to complete wish licenses that you can freely choose.
