The IST Study Institute

The training program teaches you comprehensive knowledge through the included diplomas Sport- and Health Trainer:in and Sports- and Fitness Business Administrator:in and numerous trainer licenses, providing a solid foundation for your career in the fitness industry.

New sport and fitness managers receive extensive knowledge in:

• Sport practice: You start training on the training floor from the beginning of the first training year. The licenses and certificates from the Fitness Trainer:in B-Licence to the A-Licence Personal Training open up a broad spectrum of training practices and movement theory.
• Nutrition: You learn which nutritional approach is suitable for different target groups. You will gain deep insights into the prerequisites for people in the areas of breadth, performance, and health sports.
• Management: From sales and service management to business administration, personnel management, finance, and accounting, you receive a broad basis for essential tasks in the administrative area of fitness companies.

In addition, you have the opportunity to take wish licenses that you can freely choose.
