Job description

Familie Redlich was founded by Andre Redlich in Berlin in 2001. The Goal: Communication that moves things. For companies, institutions, products, and brands. The Offer: Real cross-media communication, theme and mobilization campaigns, as well as comprehensive, classic, and creative full-service. Target group-specific and with sense and understanding.

You'll find exciting topics, clever heads, nice people – and a lot of fun at work. This is due to the tasks of our clients, for whom we give our best out of conviction. And also because of the people with whom we like to work together. Respect and mutual appreciation make it possible. How do we work? With good processes and a lot of passion and heartblood. That sounds not only good. This feels just as good.

Tasks

  • As an apprentice in the area of office management, you'll get to know family Redlich from a central perspective: You'll gain insights into the processes behind the projects and experience how we work together as an organization.
  • You'll learn about the People & Organization department from scratch – from recruiting to personnel administration to staff development. At the same time, you're right in the middle of things: You'll work on job postings with, accompany application processes, prepare contracts, and support us in everything that happens in our daily office life.
  • You'll also pack a punch in Office Management: You'll support in organizing our agency's daily routine, be active at the reception desk, and make sure that everything runs smoothly – both directly and in the backoffice.
  • In addition, you'll gain insights into the Finance department. You'll learn about basic processes in controlling and accounting, and understand how these departments relate to the tasks and projects of our clients.
  • During your apprenticeship, you'll take on increasingly independent tasks and small projects and become more confident in handling internal processes, tools, and contacts.
  • Your vocational school is the OSZ Office Management and Economic Languages (Market Street 2-3, 10317 Berlin).

Qualification

  • You're eager to take on varied tasks and curious about how internal processes and procedures are organized in a communications agency.
  • You're open-minded and enjoy approaching people – you actively join the team and support where help is needed.
  • You work structured, keep an overview, and have a good understanding of numbers and organizational processes.
  • You're comfortable with digital tools (e.g. Microsoft Office) and enjoy learning new applications and testing them out.
  • You bring your own ideas, think about processes further, and are interested in actively shaping things.
  • You like to get involved and take responsibility for your tasks.
  • You have a middle school diploma or (subject-specific) Abitur with good grades.
  • You possess very good German language skills (at least C1).

Benefits

  • An excellent apprenticeship: We've been certified as an outstanding training company by the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry since many years. Our trainers will professionally accompany you throughout your apprenticeship, and the team will support you in developing your skills and personality.
  • A fair salary: We pay a above-average apprenticeship allowance that increases from €1,170 per month in the first to €1,490 per month in the third year of your apprenticeship.
  • A pleasant working environment: Open, bright, and modern rooms, a relaxed work atmosphere, and space for your own ideas characterize us. Just like a strong team spirit and respectful and appreciative treatment of each other.
  • International experience: If you excel, we'll enable you to take part in an Erasmus+ program abroad.

Sounds great? Then apply with a motivation letter, CV, and certificates. We're looking forward to getting to know you! Your apprenticeship start date is September 1st, 2026.
