Your Tasks

• You care for and support the residents individually and according to their needs – corresponding to your training and competencies.
• You support the seniors in their daily lives and promote their independence.
• You undertake nursing and organizational tasks within your area of ​​competence.
• You work closely with the nursing team and contribute to professional care and support.
• You actively contribute your experiences and ideas to the daily work.

Your Profile

• Completed training as an Assistant in Health and Social Care (AGS EBA), Health Professional (FaGe EFZ), or Registered Nurse HF
• Professional experience, preferably in long-term care
• Enjoy working with people in need of care
• A collegial, responsible, and dedicated personality
• Respect and openness towards different cultural backgrounds
• Good German language skills in spoken and written, at least level B2
• The ability to keep an overview even in hectic situations
