We are looking for a Senior Program Manager who will lead our Active Safety & Automation team and drive innovation in this area. The ideal candidate should have experience in program management, with a focus on active safety and automation technologies. He/She should be able to develop and execute strategies to achieve business objectives, manage cross-functional teams, and ensure effective communication across the organization. In addition, he/she should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent leadership and collaboration abilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of engineers and technicians in the development and implementation of innovative safety solutions, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer needs.
