Job description
The purpose of this role is to leverage digital and technology analytics to support the strategic objectives of Aramex, facilitating efficient operations and innovative solutions within the META region.
- Backline support to Aramex branches
- Hardware and Software installations and support
- Server implementation and support
- Networking implementation and support
- Virtualization implementation and support
- Application implementation and support
- Cloud system management including, but not limited to Host Africa and AWS
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related fields
- 3+ years of experience in enterprise network infrastructure
- Microsoft Office 365 knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching, and IPsec VPNs.
- Hands -on experience with firewalls, Cisco & Aruba switches, and wireless solutions.
- Experience managing LAN, WAN, WLAN, ISP connectivity, and multi-site networks
- Strong trouble shooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills
- Experience in network security, monitoring, documentation, and infrastructure projects
