HOW YOU CAN HELP As a Community Support Worker, you will play a key role in helping us achieve our mission. You will work closely with our clients, providing support and guidance as they navigate our programs and services. You will also work with our team to develop and deliver new programs and services, and to evaluate the effectiveness of our existing programs. REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g. social work, psychology, education) or equivalent experience. Experience: 2+ years of experience working in a community-based setting, preferably in a role that involves direct support to individuals or groups. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities. Ability to work with diverse populations, including youth and adults. Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs, including those with mental health issues, addictions, and physical disabilities.
