We are recruiting for

Sonoco Metal Packaging Polska sp. z o.o. is a leading manufacturing company specializing in modern metal packaging solutions.

Your responsibilities

• Machine operation: Operating a printing or printing-varnishing line (e.g., Heidelberg) and auxiliary equipment according to the production plan.
• Quality control and Food Safety: Ensuring quality standards (self-control, CCP and oPRP procedures) and full material traceability.
• Setup and adjustment: Preparing and adjusting machines before starting production, performing control measurements, and performing assortment changes.
• Maintenance: Ongoing care for the technical condition of the equipment, maintenance, lubrication, and troubleshooting minor faults and reporting breakdowns in the "COSWIN" system.
• Cooperation: Daily cooperation with the team (machine operator assistant, operators, quality inspectors, and maintenance department).

Our requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production on a printing line (mandatory condition: experience in offset printing – we print on metal/tinplate, however, we do not require prior experience on this specific material, we provide training on Heidelberg-type machines, 2 and multi-color).
• Manual skills and practical experience in production work.

Nice to have

• UDT / TDT forklift operator licenses.
