Job description
What You'll Be Doing Building and maintaining strong relationships with both clients and candidates. Managing the full recruitment process - from job posting to placement. Proactively sourcing candidates through multiple channels. Visiting client sites to understand business needs and workforce requirements. Ensuring compliance with recruitment and employment regulations. Achieving and exceeding targets with confidence and professionalism. What We're Looking For Previous experience in industrial recruitment or a related field. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
