The Role

We are seeking a technically skilled Application Support & Driveworks Specialist to manage, support, and enhance our client's enterprise Driveworks platform. You'll be responsible for maintaining master data, rolling out platform upgrades, developing and improving processes, and providing hands-on user support and training. This role requires close collaboration across Production, Customer Service, Design, Marketing, Sales, and IT to deliver seamless solutions and empower users.

Duties:

• Providing support and development for the Group Driveworks platform.
• Managing and preparing masterdata (Pricelists, Products etc).
• Providing user training.
• Providing technical support to users.
• Liaising with Driveworks/Solidworks vendors.
• Rolling out product upgrades and enhancements - minimising disruption.
• Continuation improvement of forms, reports and processes.
• Managing user manuals and training materials.

Your Profile

• Advanced proficiency in Excel for data management, including formulas and vlookup
• Knowledge of SQL Server: understanding tables, scripting, and stored procedures
• Ideally skilled in C# programming
• Experience with Solidworks and CAD systems
• Familiarity with API programming
• Basic understanding of IIS and web technologies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail
• Confident working with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful technical solutions
