DRIVER YARDPERSON - WESTERN SYDNEY

We currently have a position available for a Driver/ Yardperson at Wetherill Park. We are seeking an enthusiastic person who is motivated, organised and demonstrates a "Can Do" attitude to all tasks undertaken. Great communication, planning and forward-thinking skills are a must, as our drivers are the "Face of our Clients Company" whilst delivering our equipment to our extensive customer base. The successful candidates will need to demonstrate: The safe and competent operation of a motor vehicle, including but not limited to, driving in heavy traffic conditions, navigating through congested areas, and ensuring the safety of all personnel on site. Ability to lift and move equipment weighing up to 25kg. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to maintain accurate records and reports. Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors and clients. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of attention to detail. Ability to be proactive and take initiative to resolve issues. Ability to work as part of a team to achieve common goals. The successful candidate will also need to demonstrate: A current NSW Driver's License, with a minimum of 2 years driving experience. Ability to pass a pre-employment medical assessment. Ability to pass a police check. Ability to provide proof of identity and residency. Ability to work a rotating roster including night shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability to be available for on-call duties as required.
