Job description
Driver Trainer Role and Responsibilities: Operational Assess new and existing drivers. Conduct training sessions (soft skills and lifting equipment) according to the drawn schedules. Ensure that training schedules (soft skills and lifting equipment) are communicated to the managers and adhered to. Conduct coaching sessions with drivers to improve competency.
