Driver Support Analyst (Evening Shift)

We are currently seeking a Driver Support Analyst with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with all the department.

Work Shift: Monday to Saturday 3:00 p.m to 11:00 p.m

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and validate drivers’ administrative records (attendance, documentation, payroll inputs).
• Provide support to drivers in relation to amenities (showers, rest areas, room assignments, etc.).
• Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and Operations teams to ensure drivers receive timely assistance.
• Prepare reports on driver-related metrics and administrative compliance.
• Address drivers’ concerns and act as a communication bridge with internal departments.
• Identify areas of improvement in administrative processes for better driver experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in administrative support, preferably in transportation/logistics.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and administrative systems.
• Intermediate–Advanced English (written and verbal).
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
