Driver Manager

TS Trucking is a top-tier transportation company with owned assets and nationwide presence across Mexico, providing the best logistics solutions. Over time, it has transformed into a growing transportation provider.

We are currently seeking a Driver Manager with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety and Compliance department.

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned drivers, maintaining constant and effective communication.
• Coordinate and conduct onboarding and initial training processes for new drivers.
• Monitor daily operations, ensuring punctuality, route compliance, and proper service execution.
• Report and follow up on incidents or situations raised by drivers in collaboration with the Safety, Human Resources, and Operations departments.
• Supervise compliance with internal safety policies, proper use of units, driver behavior, and presentation.
• Provide regular feedback to drivers based on performance, safety indicators, and service quality.
• Support the implementation of continuous improvement plans and driver retention programs.
• Manage daily/weekly reports on key indicators (turnover, attendance, performance, incidents).
• Promote a positive and respectful work environment among drivers and other company departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Transportation, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions within the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations, road safety, and managing operational staff.
• Proficiency in office tools (Excel, email, logistics management systems).
• Advanced English level.
