Position: Draughtsperson – Civil
Location: Calicut
Experience: 1– 2 years of experience as a Draughtsperson in an Architectural / Interior Design firm
Qualification : B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
Job Summary:
The Draughtsperson – Civil will be responsible for preparing detailed architectural and civil drawings, layouts, and construction documentation as per project requirements. The role involves working closely with architects, interior designers, and engineers to ensure accuracy, precision, and compliance with industry standards.
Responsibilities
* Prepare and develop detailed civil and architectural drawings, plans, and layouts using AutoCAD or related drafting software.
* Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and project engineers to understand design intent and project scope.
* Convert conceptual sketches into technical drawings for construction and client approval.
* Ensure all drawings comply with local building codes, standards, and company guidelines.
* Support the project team in site measurement, drawing modifications, and as-built documentation.
* Liaise with contractors and vendors for technical clarifications and drawing interpretations.
Salary - 25k - 30k
