What You'll Be DoingJoin a well-established civil infrastructure team delivering critical drainage projects across the Timaru region. Your day-to-day will include:• Installing and repairing stormwater, wastewater, and sewer networks
• Laying pipes and drainage systems to specification
• Reading and interpreting plans and site drawings
• Operating machinery and working alongside civil crews
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards
• Conducting maintenance and upgrades to existing infrastructure
What You'll Need• Current NZ Drainlaying Registration (or ability to obtain)
• Full Class 1 Driver Licence (Class 2 advantageous)
• Previous experience in drainage, civil construction, or underground utilities
• Strong understanding of health and safety practices
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, hardworking attitude and strong problem-solving skills
• WTR endorsements are beneficial but not essential
