Draftsman infrastructure

Assist the architectural design team with the site layout and positioning of buildings and structures. Develop design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings. Design the layout of outdoor areas, including parking lots, roads, and associated sewer systems. Prepare infrastructure drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit. Dimension drainage systems for rainwater, wastewater, and process water, and select appropriate materials for implementation. Prepare detailed construction plans and specifications for site development projects. Coordinate with other departments to ensure design concepts align with project goals and objectives. Develop and maintain accurate records of design changes and revisions. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure design meets project requirements. Provide technical support and guidance to team members on design-related matters. Prepare and present design proposals to clients and stakeholders. Ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
