We’re hiring a Drafter who knows how to turn concepts into clean, accurate technical drawings — the kind that contractors, architects, and project teams can rely on without second-guessing. If you take pride in precision, clarity, and well-organized plans, this role was built for you.

You’ll work on both residential and commercial projects, using AutoCAD to create detailed plans, elevations, and space layouts that follow U.S. architectural standards and meet real-world build requirements.

What You’ll Do

• Produce accurate technical drawings, plans, and elevations in AutoCAD
• Support space planning for residential and commercial layouts
• Translate design concepts into precise, build-ready documentation
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams to confirm details and resolve questions
• Keep drawings clean, organized, and compliant with industry and project standards
• Manage multiple drafting assignments with strong attention to detail and deadlines

Requirements

What You Bring

• Advanced AutoCAD skills — you can draft efficiently, accurately, and to standard
• Strong knowledge of space planning and architectural elevations
• Familiarity with American building layouts, drafting standards, and best practices
• Proven drafting experience across both residential and commercial projects
• A clean, well-organized portfolio that shows your technical ability and attention to detail
• Excellent English communication — clear, professional, and easy to work with
