Chartered Accountant - Tax Associate

Our client is a prestigious tax and legal firm based in Milan, looking for a Tax Associate with 3-6 years of experience (including traineeship) in the role, to be integrated into the Corporate Tax division.

Job Description:

• Tax and fiscal consulting with a focus on medium/large capital companies;
• Tax M&A and support for fiscal operations;
• Assistance to clients on national and international taxation;
• Preparation of opinions and resolution of queries regarding tax and corporate matters;
• Preparation of financial statements for capital companies.

Job Profile:

• Qualification to practice as a Chartered Accountant;
• Consolidated experience in the role, gained at structured and organized professional firms;
• Analytical skills and propensity for in-depth study; motivation and strong sense of responsibility;
• Fluent English.

The salary placement will be commensurate with the professional experience acquired (collaboration on a VAT basis is foreseen).
