Role: Dot Net Lead Salary: As Per Current CTC Location: Kottivakkam, Chennai Experience: 8 Years Responsibilities: Extensive experience (8 years) in software development using Microsoft .NET technologies, including C# and ASP.NET . Proven experience in leading and managing development teams. Strong understanding of software design principles, architectural patterns, and development best practices. Solid knowledge of databases, SQL, and ORM frameworks (e.g., Entity Framework). Knowledge in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Ability to work with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to mentor and guide team members. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing requirements.
