Your scope of duties

• Building and maintaining relationships with individual and business clients.

• Selecting and selling insurance products tailored to the client's needs.

• Implementing sales activities according to the individual "SmartLife" implementation plan.

• Participating in product training and development programs.

• Collaborating with the Manager in planning and achieving goals.

Our requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in actively acquiring clients is a plus).

• Ability to build relationships and good communication skills.

• Independence and good work organization.

• Willingness to cooperate based on an agency agreement.

• Secondary education (higher education in finance, insurance, economics is a plus).

• Certificate of no criminal record (before signing the cooperation agreement).

What we offer

• An individual contract with a description of daily activities and goals.

• "SmartLife" implementation program – 12 weeks of intensive development, during which we will teach you how to sell individual insurance and insurance for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs). You will also learn about customer service processes and standards, and sales support tools.

• Manager support – mentoring, assistance in decision-making, joint analysis of challenges.

expert (trainer, mentor, member of Million Dollar Round Table - MDRT – an elite association grouping 1% of the best advisors in the world)

or

managerial (SmartLeadership), which will prepare you to independently lead a team. The program will prepare you step-by-step for the role of a leader – from planning and communication to recruitment and team management.
