Your scope of duties

• Building and maintaining relationships with individual and business clients.

• Selecting and selling insurance products tailored to the client's needs.

• Conducting sales activities in accordance with the individual "SmartLife" implementation plan.

• Participation in product training and development programs.

• Cooperation with the Manager regarding planning and achieving goals.

Our requirements

• Min. 2 years of experience in sales or customer service (experience in active client acquisition is welcome).

• Ability to build relationships and communication skills.

• Independence and good work organization.

• Willingness to cooperate based on an agency agreement.

• Secondary education (higher education in finance, insurance, economics is welcome).

• Certificate of no criminal record (before signing the cooperation agreement).

• "SmartLife" implementation program – 12 weeks of intensive development, during which we will teach you how to sell individual insurance and insurance for the Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) sector. You will also learn about customer service processes and standards, and sales support tools.
