Location: (stationary work)
Lublin
Your responsibilities:
analysis of customer needs and sales of banking and insurance products and services,
active customer acquisition using various communication channels (branch, phone, internet), initiating sales campaigns and building long-term customer relationships,
customer operational service - responsibility for processing financial transactions, both cashless and cash,
commitment to customer service standards and shaping a positive image of the Bank.
Our requirements:
experience in sales or customer service - experience in the financial sector will be an additional advantage!
minimum secondary education,
practical computer and office tools handling skills,
communication skills, openness, and a positive attitude towards people,
stress tolerance, as well as persistence in pursuing goals,
ability to learn quickly and desire to develop in the financial industry.
