WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

As a Sales Advisor/Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in ensuring customers have an exceptional experience during their shopping trip. You will support customers during their visit to the store and help them find the right products, presenting our offer. Thanks to working in line with our values, you will contribute both to your own success and the company's.

Your tasks will include:

• Sharing knowledge about fashion trends and products and supporting customers in making the best decisions.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure exceptional service at every stage of the customer's visit to the store.
• Maintaining the proper state of products and order on the sales floor.
• Assisting during opening and closing of the store.
• Buliding a positive brand image through interactions with customers.
• Actively promoting our loyalty program – so that purchases are not only enjoyable but also beneficial for customers.

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Our stores form the foundation of the company – it is here that customers directly experience our brand. As part of a dynamic store team, every position – from sales advisors/sales advisers to department and store managers, decorators/decoratrices, and administrative-accounting controllers/-esses – contributes to creating an inspiring and friendly atmosphere. You will be working with other stores and regional teams, sharing your observations and achieving common successes. Together with your team members, you will play a key role in helping customers feel confident and express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless fashion.

• Experience in customer service, e.g., in the fashion, retail, or related industries, would be appreciated but is not necessary.
