Insurance Advisor (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• Sale of individual/corporate life and health insurance (with access to a full offer – including property insurance),
• Portfolio development through active acquisition of new clients,
• Maintaining long-term relationships and post-sale service at every stage of the policy,
• Achieving set sales plans and quarterly goals,
• Participation in product and competency training.

Our requirements

• Experience as an insurance agent or financial advisor,
• Ability to acquire clients and maintain relationships with them,
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills – you already know that working with other people requires attentive listening, understanding, and empathy,
• Creativity and imagination – the best representatives look for diverse solutions to achieve results, take care of clients, and remember work ethics,
• Goal and results orientation – we work mainly on sales plans,
• Availability for a stationary team meeting at the branch once a week.
