Job description
Technical Advisor
Work location: PoznańYour responsibilities
- Representing the company by conducting product training and demonstrations for construction contractors, distributor employees, and company staff with the aim of transferring knowledge regarding the correct use of tools
- Conducting training and demonstrations at distribution points, during industry trade fairs, in training centers, and directly on construction sites.
- Presenting the correct use of tools, training distributor employees and end-users on safe tool usage and proper operation.
- Obtaining market information regarding tool performance, usability, and potential improvements.
- Reporting activities
- Presenting conclusions from demonstrations and customer contacts to the Product Development Department.
- Cooperating with the marketing department by recording video materials on tool usage for social media, co-creating guides and webinars on the presented tools
Our requirements
- Experience in conducting training and product presentations (in the field of tools or technical products)
- Experience in technical consulting and customer support.
- Experience working with distributors (B2B) and professional contractors.
- Valid driver's license category B
- Knowledge of English at a minimum B1 level
- Good time management, conscientiousness, and self-discipline
- Open personality, ease of making contacts, willingness to cooperate and work in a team in line with company values ("Passion, Excellence, Respect")
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications (PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
- Preferred place of residence: northwestern part of Poland (Gorzów Wlkp)
- Secondary or higher education, preferably technical or commercial
- Experience in creating video materials for social media
- Good knowledge of RUBI products or related ones.
