Your responsibilities

• ongoing service customer service
• accepting and managing service orders
• sales of spare parts
• participation in creating a positive service image
• checking data accuracy in the system

• secondary/higher education
• knowledge of computer programs from the MS Office suite
• knowledge of heavy-duty vehicle construction
• accuracy and ability to think analytically
• high personal culture and communication skills
• responsibility, availability, and ability to work in a team
