Your responsibilities

• customer service in accordance with brand standards,
• customer service in accordance with the adopted service process,
• effective workshop work planning,
• focus on achieving set goals, supervision of repair documentation in accordance with procedures,
• supervision of document flow and their completion.

Our requirements

• minimum one year of experience as a Service Advisor,
• technical education (automotive) is welcome
• knowledge of the construction of automotive vehicles,
• ability to conduct commercial negotiations with the client,
• representing the company's image by maintaining the highest customer service standards,
• organizational skills, time management skills,
• ability to work under time pressure,
• honesty, commitment, diligence,
• driving license category B.
• knowledge of MS Office package operation.
