Customer Advisor in Company Showroom

Your responsibilities

• Professional customer service in the BROWIN company showroom,
• Achieving sales and margin targets in the retail channel,
• Broad product consulting for customers and their care,
• Building a positive image and developing customer relationships,
• Ensuring the aesthetic appearance of the showroom and effective display in accordance with the company's adopted standards,
• Cooperation with the sales, marketing, and logistics team in the ongoing activities of the store,
• Initiating and implementing ideas to improve sales and customer service,
• Operating the cash register,
• Accepting deliveries.

Our requirements

• Knowledge and practice in smoking/winemaking/distilling or garden accessories,
• Interest in home processing,
• Responsibility, reliability, and honesty,
• Enthusiasm and commitment,
• Ability to work in a team,
• Availability (work also on Saturdays),
• Knowledge of BROWIN products will be an additional asset.

Nice to have

• Experience in retail sales and knowledge of English at a communicative level.
• Valid sanitary and epidemiological examinations.
