Customer Advisor (m/f)

Your responsibilities

• You help with the choice – you match products to the Customer's needs so that they leave satisfied and gladly return
• You give something extra – you recommend accessories and services that actually make life easier (e.g., accessories, protection packages, technical support)
• You talk to the Customer – you conduct sales conversations according to our standards
• You accept deliveries and take care of the display so that the products on the shelves look good and attract attention
• You maintain order in the electronics store, because a nice space means better energy for the team and Customers

Our requirements

• You easily make contacts and know how to tailor your advice to the Customers' needs
• You are ready for new challenges and continuous development, or perhaps you already have sales experience that you want to develop
• You like technological novelties and are happy to share your knowledge with others
• You can take care of the aesthetics and order in the store, paying attention to every detail
