Clerk for Customer Service - 20H/week

We are looking for a part-time sales assistant for a fixed-term contract in our Salomon store in Gdańsk.

Your role

To successfully perform this job, you will be required:

• To utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and knowledge of Salomon products to connect customers with the right product and increase sales.
• To accompany and advise customers to ensure a high-level experience, propose complementary products (additional sales).
• To be proficient in sales techniques and digital tools available in the store to ensure excellent customer service.
• To help protect the company's assets and procedures, promoting loss prevention and ensuring the store is clean and well-organized.
• To be confident in handling cash.
• To master standard operational procedures, health and safety guidelines, visual merchandising, and social media marketing rules.
• To be an ambassador for the brand and utilize the brand's service culture.
  This position requires 100% presence at the sales counter.
