Customer Advisor in a Store

Your responsibilities

• Professional customer service in the T-Mobile Store and over the phone;
• 90% in-store sales, 10% telephone sales (own customer base);
• Sales of a full range of products and services;
• Achievement of individual sales, quality, and quantity targets;
• Building the market advantage of the T-Mobile network;
• Developing your competencies;

Our requirements

• Ability to cooperate in a team, lots of energy, and taking initiative;
• Strong result orientation and a desire to achieve success;
• Sales skills and commercial potential;
• Communicativeness and ease of establishing contacts;
• Availability and flexibility, weekend work;
• Minimum secondary education, good knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Good presentation and good diction and a pleasant voice tone;

• Interest in technical innovations in the mobile telephony industry;
• Knowledge of English or Ukrainian will also be an asset;
