Customer Advisor in an Optical Store

Location: Nowy Targ

Your responsibilities

• Providing professional customer service in an optical store
• Working on a replacement basis with the possibility of permanent cooperation
• Working alone - a single-person workstation
• Assisting customers in selecting appropriate frames
• Preparing customer orders and monitoring the order process
• Advising customers on matters related to the care and maintenance of glasses
• Offering information on different types of lenses, their features, and available technologies
• Collaborating with the team in the optical store to ensure excellent customer service
• Maintaining documentation related to customer orders and forwarding it to the appropriate departments in the optical store
• Monitoring stock levels in the store and placing orders for missing products
• Ensuring cleanliness and order in the optical store, including maintaining the cleanliness of frames, lenses, and workspaces

Our requirements

• Minimum secondary education
• Experience in sales and customer service - don't have experience? No problem, we will train you!
• Knowledge of the optical industry and products offered in the store
• Ability to communicate with customers
• Ability to recognize and satisfy customer needs
• Ability to advise customers on matters related to frame selection and product offerings
• Communication skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
• Attention to customer service quality and the aesthetics of the optical store
• Responsibility and commitment in performing assigned duties
