Customer Advisor

Your responsibilities

• Customer service at all stages of sales - from the initial conversation and needs assessment to the finalization of the sale.
• Knowledge and execution of an individual sales plan.
• Maintaining the aesthetics of the store - tidiness, cleanliness, appropriate product labeling, arrangement and display of products.
• Handling deliveries in the store. Preparing merchandise for sale.
• Making and handling orders.
• Updating your knowledge about current promotions, new arrivals, and products through the Pako Lorente Academy employee platform.
• Approximately 80-90% of your work involves direct customer service. The remaining part consists of tasks related to the technical operation of the store and its attractiveness to customers.

• We are looking for a person with high communication skills - open, smiling, energetic. Able to build good relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Customer-oriented - able to initiate conversations, identify and respond to customer needs or objections, empathetic.
• Hardworking, focused on achieving very good sales results - we provide support in this, but we expect commitment to achieving set goals.
• Wants to learn and improve their competencies necessary for daily work.

• Knowledge of English.
• Interest in fashion, aesthetic sense.
